How do I reset my library card PIN / password?

Your PIN/password is made up of 4 or more characters and chosen when you join. You use it with your library card number to book and use computers in the library, to make reservations and renew loans on the online library catalogue. You also use it to access eBooks, eAudio and other digital resources.

If you've forgotten your PIN you can reset it online via the library catalogue, click on log in and then click on 'Forgot my PIN' in the popup box

Important information: you must have your library card number and an active email address on your library account. An email is sent with instructions on how to reset your PIN.

If you do not receive an email please check the junk folder.

You will be asked to answer a series of questions about yourself and your library account to confirm your identity. If we cannot reply immediately we will do so as soon as we can.
