Are there still no fines and free reservations (holds)?

This answer applies to all reservations and physical things borrowed from / returned to the library  CDs, talking books, DVDs as well as books.

Answer

Yes. The good news is we will not be charging fines for anything returned late, and any reservations placed, until further notice. But, if you've had your books a long time, we need them and other library loans back please. Then others can borrow them and you can choose some different ones.

For items returned on time there are never any fines. You can return books to any one of our available libraries and any Inspire (Nottinghamshire) Library, this will help us offer a wide range of books to you and all library users. Find out more about bringing your books back

You can also reserve (put on a hold) books and other library items for free until further notice.

Our free eBooks, eAudio, eMagazines and eNewspapers are available 24/7 on your own device by logging in with your library membership number. Find more details here.
